Expanding Prisoner Access to Computers

This proposed legislation would remove restrictions for incarcerated persons to have access to computers for the purpose of rehabilitation and reintegration into the community, including access to education and vocational training programs, applications for housing and employment, video consultation, interviews, and reentry planning. This legislation would NOT allow access to email, social media, streaming, or unlimited free access to the internet.
