Expanding Prisoner Access to Computers HB118

Representative Kreiss-Tomkins is sponsoring legislation Expanding Prisoner Access to Computers and Identification Cards. Under this proposal, incarcerated persons would have secure access to computers for the purposes of educational and vocational programming, reentry needs, health care and visitation.
